Welcome to the Kobe
Regatta & Athletic Club, also known as the KR&AC,
Japan and Kansai's oldest sports members club. For over
130 years the KR&AC has served as an oasis for the
international community in Kansai, offering its members
a range of sporting and social activities.
Members come together in the Clubhouse and its generous
surroundings. The Clubhouse has two bars and a restaurant,
an indoor sports hall and gym, event space and meeting
rooms. Our grounds house four clay tennis courts,
a tennis pavilion, full-sized football pitch, beer
garden, children's play area and members' car park.

The KR&AC offers a wide range of team and individual sporting activities
to its members, including football, rugby, tennis,
hockey, cricket, softball, badminton and darts.
Whether members wish to play competitively or
'just for fun' we have a team to accommodate
everyone, since our teams play league, as well
as casual matches.
The Club also hosts a variety of indoor activities
such as Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Indoor Football,
Ikebana (Japanese flower arranging) Social Dancing,
and much more. We are a Club driven by its membership
base of many nationalities and ages.

Located
in the heart of Kobe in central Japan it is a short
walk from Sannomiya station, ensuring easy access for
members from all over the Kansai region. The KR&AC
welcomes interested parties to apply for membership.
